1. Introduction
This Shipping and Delivery Policy explains how Incredible Lens delivers raw files, edited photographs, videos, albums, or any related outputs to customers. Since we primarily provide digital services, delivery is handled electronically unless otherwise agreed.
2. Delivery of Digital Files
• All raw files, edited photos, and videos will be delivered through a secure Google Drive link or similar cloud platform.
• Customers must download and select raw files within 5 days. Files may be deleted after this period.
• Edited photos are delivered within 15 working days after the customer selects their raw files.
• Working days exclude Saturdays and Sundays.
• Any delay due to technical or operational issues will be communicated in advance.
3. Storage Duration and File Deletion
• After edited files are delivered, they will remain on our server for 48 hours.
• Due to storage limitations, files may be deleted permanently after this period.
• Customers who need extended storage may request it at a charge of INR 200 per day.
• It is the customer’s responsibility to download, back up, and secure their delivered files.
4. Physical Deliveries (If Applicable)
If the customer has purchased prints, albums, frames, or physical products:
• Production timelines will be communicated at the time of booking.
• Shipping will be done through a trusted courier partner.
• Delivery timelines depend on the courier company and location.
• Courier delays are outside the control of Incredible Lens.
• Shipping charges, if applicable, will be informed in advance.
5. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
For physical products:
• Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details.
• Failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses may incur additional charges for reshipping.
6. No Delivery on Sundays or Public Holidays
Physical shipments and communication of file deliveries will not be made on Sundays or public holidays unless otherwise stated.

8. Confirmation of Delivery
• Digital delivery is considered complete once the Google Drive link has been shared successfully with the customer’s registered email or phone.
• Physical delivery is complete when the courier marks the package as delivered.
