1. Introduction

These Terms of Service govern all photography and related services provided by Incredible Lens. By booking a service or using our website, you agree to the terms outlined below.

2. Booking and Payments

• A non refundable advance payment is required to confirm any booking.
• The remaining balance, if any, must be paid as per the agreed schedule.
• Advance amounts are refundable only if Incredible Lens is unable to carry out the booked shoot.

3. Raw Files and Selection

• Raw files will be delivered through a Google Drive link.
• Customers must select and download raw files within 5 days. Files may be deleted after this period.
• Failure to select files within the given time may delay the editing process.

4. Editing and Delivery Timeline

• Edited photographs will be delivered within 15 working days after the customer has selected the raw files.
• Working days exclude Saturdays and Sundays.
• Any delays due to unforeseen circumstances will be communicated in advance.

5. File Storage and Deletion

• Edited files will be retained on our server for 48 hours after delivery.
• After this period, files may be deleted permanently.
• Additional storage time is available at INR 200 per day.

6. Communication and Working Hours

• Customer calls or messages received between 8 PM and 9 AM will not be attended.
• Please contact us during our working hours, 9 AM to 8 PM.

7. Reshoots and Additional Work

• Any reshoot due to customer request will be treated as a new booking unless the issue arises from an error by Incredible Lens.
• Additional editing or special requests may be charged separately.

8. Copyright and Usage Rights

• Incredible Lens retains full copyright over all photographs and videos created during the shoot unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Customers receive usage rights for personal or agreed commercial use.
• Incredible Lens may use images in its portfolio, website, or marketing unless the customer provides a written request restricting usage.

9. Customer Responsibilities

• Customers must provide accurate information regarding event locations, timings, and requirements.
• Any delay or misinformation affecting the shoot is the customer’s responsibility.
• Customers must review delivered files promptly.

10. Liability

• Incredible Lens is not liable for loss of data due to technical failures or mishandling after the 48 hour retention period.
• Our liability for any service issue is limited to the amount paid for that specific service.

11. Cancellation Policy

• Customer initiated cancellations do not qualify for refunds.
• If Incredible Lens cancels for any unavoidable reason, the advance amount will be refunded.

12. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
