Refund and Cancellation

1. Introduction

This Cancellation and Refund Policy explains how cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds are handled for all photography services offered by Incredible Lens.

2. Booking and Advance Payment

• A booking is confirmed only after the advance payment is received.
• The advance amount is non refundable under all customer initiated cancellations.
• The advance serves as a date reservation fee and is not transferable to another customer or event.

3. Customer Initiated Cancellation

• If the customer cancels the shoot for any reason, the advance amount will not be refunded.
• Any additional payments made for special arrangements or add ons are also non refundable once work has begun.

4. Studio Initiated Cancellation

• If Incredible Lens is unable to carry out the shoot due to unavoidable circumstances, we will:
• Offer an alternative date, or
• Provide a full refund of the advance amount if the alternative date is not acceptable.
• This is the only situation where a refund applies.

5. Rescheduling Requests

• Customers may request rescheduling subject to availability of dates.
• Rescheduling is not guaranteed and depends on our booking calendar.
• If rescheduling is not possible and the customer cancels, the advance remains non refundable.

6. Delays and Missed Shoots

• If the customer is late for the shoot, the session time may be reduced.
• If the customer does not show up, the booking will be considered cancelled and no refund will be provided.

7. Refund Method and Timeline

• Refunds issued due to studio initiated cancellation will be processed via the original payment method.
• Refund processing may take 7 to 10 working days depending on the payment provider.

8. Non Refundable Items

• Advance amount
• Any completed work including raw files, edited files, and delivered media
• Special setups, props, studio rentals, or external vendor charges already incurred
• Extra services purchased at customer request
